Men's Group
We have an active men’s group that meets every week, typically on Wednesday mornings. In the warmer months we go for a hike on the many nearby trails, then have lunch. In the colder months we typically meet for breakfast. Sometimes one or two of the men may skip the hike and meet the rest of the group for lunch. A wonderful camaraderie has formed over the years that extends beyond the Wednesday gatherings in support of each other. We have lively conversations during the hikes and meals on a wide range of topics. The conversations range from - well, all over the place! Laughter and mutual caring is an intregal part of our connection. We always welcome new men. Come join us!
Power of 8
Our Power of 8 group has been utilizing group meditations along with setting spiritual intentions to facilitate positive changes on a wide variety of personal, local and global needs.
Prayer Team
Unity of the Foothills offers a team of prayer chaplains trained in Unity's approach to affirmative prayers. These prayer chaplains make monthly wellness calls to each member, provide opening and closing prayers at all meetings and pray with individuals upon request. The prayer chaplains meet as a group once a month to support each other and our community and to go deeper in prayer concepts.
Women's Gathering
Unique to the feminine experience and spiritual path, the Women's Gathering meets Saturday mornings to create a safe space in which to share innermost thoughts and concerns. Every woman is heard and seen, creating an environment to express what is particularly important to each. Knowing the challenges that the feminine spirit can go through, we move to a very deep level of exploration, growth. We seek wonderful material (books, articles, blogs, films, etc.) that allow us to discover, heal and evolve.
